The Phoenix Program
Category of Service | Early Intervention
The Phoenix Program is an outpatient, community-based program for people experiencing early stages of psychosis who reside in Halton Region. The clinical team works in partnership with the client and their families to identify concerns and goals and to develop plans that work on recovering from psychosis. Clinical teams consist of family educators, nurses, occupational therapists, psychiatrists, social workers, addictions clinicians, peer support/recovery mentors. The Phoenix Program is a clinical program affiliated with Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital, North Halton Mental Health Clinic, ADAPT, and the Schizophrenia Society of Ontario.
