Call Centre

MHSIO provides comprehensive, up-to-date information on a wide range of mental health services, such as case management, counselling and treatment, assertive community treatment teams, vocational/employment, clubhouses, early intervention, diversion and court support, social rehabilitation/recreation, abuse services, etc. Information on the MHSIO database includes (but is not limited to): descriptions of organizations and programs, admission criteria, intake procedures, and services for specific populations such as the elderly, Natives, and women.

MHSIO utilizes a computerized database, which is updated regularly and includes information on over 300 mental health organizations in Ontario and the many programs they provide.
